Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
If planning an addition or modification to the exterior of your home, your plans must be submitted and approved by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). (see Restrictive Covenants and By-Laws for more details). The Board of Directors liaison with the ACC is Hans Kuhlmann who is available to communicate with Homeowners should they have any general questions and/or comments regarding the ACC role and process. The submittal process is as follows: submit your plans for approval to the ACC (Jim Wollum, Dana Franklin and Christopher Faulkner) to initiate the review process. The ACC will then assess if the proposed plan complies with the covenants or, if necessary, will call a meeting of the Board to discuss and vote on any questionable situation. Refer to the checklist for submittal for more detailed information. Any homeowner is welcome to present their project in person or comment on others at any time during the process. A vote will be taken on whether the project meets the covenants and a letter of approval or disapproval will be sent out promptly. If disapproved, the homeowner can modify the project and resubmit as many times a necessary. |
